Includes categorization, bank/credit card reconciliations, and a consistent monthly close. 

Pricing is based on:

Monthly transaction volume

Number of bank/credit card accounts

If your books are behind or more complex, I’ll quote a fixed monthly rate before we begin. 

If I’m also preparing your return, we can levelize tax prep into your monthly payment—so you’re not hit with a big bill at tax time.

One predictable monthly payment. 

W-2 income + standard deduction 

Best for simple returns with no extra schedules. 

 Covers dependents, common credits, and typical adjustments.

Best for families and most everyday tax situations 

Includes: Schedule C income + expenses and common self-employed deductions.  

If your books are messy or you have multiple businesses, pricing may increase after review.

Simple, single-state partnership (1065) and S-corp (1120-S) filings. Organized financials required. Owners’ 1040 returns billed separately.

If cleanup is needed or the return is complex, I’ll quote it before we begin. 

990-N (e-Postcard) — $199

Simple filing + confirmation. 

990-EZ — Starting at $399

EZ return + standard schedules. 

Full 990 — Starting at $699

Expanded disclosures and schedules.
